Payment details , security deposit , general terms

  • To make a booking we require a 25% deposit. This is non refundable and must be paid within 24 hours of agreeing a booking with the Owner.

  • The final payment for your booking is due 60 days before the start date of your holiday.

  • In the event of cancellation you are not entitled to a refund. We will, however, endeavour to re-let the property and if successful reimburse you for final payment less any costs associated with re-letting the property.

  • All bookings must be made by a person who is 25 years or more at the date of the booking.

  • All bookings are non transferable

  • We ask for a £100 refundable damage/security deposit payable at the same time as your final payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure if the following conditions are met :

    • no damage is done to Trenowin or its contents, including linens, beyond normal wear and tear

    • towels are provided but must not be used outside or for the beach

    • all charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure

    • we are not insured for Electric Vehicle Charging and have no facilities for this. Please do not attempt to charge an EV from Trenowin. Any excessive electricity usage is chargeable.

    • you do not smoke or vape inside the property

    • for safety reasons the use of candles inside the property is prohibited

    • open fires and barbeques (unless raised off the ground on legs) are not allowed on site

    • dogs not permitted anywhere on the property

    • all rubbish is placed in the bins provided prior to departure

    • all doors are locked on departure and the keys left in the key safe

  • Please inform us of any issues/difficulties in the property or its contents immediately. We (or our representative) will endeavour to resolve within 24 hours.

Liability for personal injury, damage to property and consequential losses

  • We (the owners of Trenowin) , to the extent permitted by law, shall not be responsible for the death or personal injury suffered by the Guest or any invitees of the Guest , save where such is directly attributable to any wilful or negligent Act on the part of the Owner or any servants or Agents of the Owner acting in the course of their authority

  • We (the owners of Trenowin) shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage to property or any consequential losses suffered by the Guest or Guest invitees arising out of any negligent Act or omissions on the party of the Owner, any servants or Agents of the Owner acting within the scope of their authority. The Client should have their own insurance in place in respect of such matters.

Non availability

  • We (the owners of Trenowin) are relieved of responsibility and liability in the event of the accommodation not being available owing to storm, fire or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such instance a full refund will be due.
